Work begins at Forma

Forma Moulds concept began during the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK, marking the start of Tom's entrepreneurial journey.

2020

Developed Forma Moulds

Created a cost-effective solution for clients with smaller order quantities, filling a niche in the market.

2021

Initial Growth

Transitioned Forma Moulds into a dedicated 400-square-foot office, expanding production capabilities.

2022

Expansion Challenges

Faced space constraints and high demand, prompting the hiring of Steve as production manager in September 2022.

2023

New Premices

Moved to a 1,000-square-foot space offered by Bob from Warwick Design, providing room for growth and operational efficiency.

2024

Joined TCI Group

Forma Moulds joined the TCI Group, integrating resources and expertise.
